Get the Most Out of Your Next Appointment

Your COPD treatment plan is not written in stone. It can evolve over time in response to a number of things, including how well your symptoms are being managed. One thing is for certain: To get the most from your treatment you should be as honest as possible with your doctor.

To help your doctor make decisions that are right for you, check off the statements that apply, and discuss your answers at your next appointment.
